Roshan Patel is an aspiring film composer from Dallas, Texas. Picking up his first instrument at the age of 4, he was always curious of music and sound in general. Taking pots and pans from the kitchen, finding any stick he can and making beats and sounds at an early age, his grandfather saw his curiosity and decided to take him under his guidance. Roshan's grandfather instilled the musicianship in him and taught him the ethics and musicology of traditional Indian folk music.

In middle school, Roshan decided to take his passion to even further limits by joining the school band. He played the oboe and saxophone throughout his middle and high school years. When Roshan was a young adult, his vision and path was always set in the musical world, but what exact road would he take? In the year 2015, he had an epiphany: He loved movies and loved film scores. Roshan grew up listening to the likes of music legends Vangelis and Hans Zimmer. He pursued his interest further by joining Berklee College of Music (Online) in 2016. Roshan would later on obtain a degree in Professional Studies for Music Composition for Film, TV, and Gaming in June 2019. He has been under the guidance of several professional composers to help him pave the way into the industry.

Passion, hard work, dedication, and the drive to never stop trying are all qualities that push Roshan every day to write music to be heard by the world. "Music can change the world because it can change people" -Bono
